How do I track my order?
You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email which will have your order tracking information and contact details. When you receive your tracking number it is the customers duty to track the status of their parcel to avoid any issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact Non Stop Working before returning any items. It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Non Stop Working before and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.
You can return the product to us within 14 days of receipt of item, if you find any manufacturing issues or if you wish to have an item exchanged for a different size. Please include clear instructions on which size you require in your return. You can not return the product if you simply don't like it. Non Stop Working will make a refund of eligible returns. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
Returned or exchanged items must be accompanied by original packaging, hang tags and any related accessories. No refund or exchange will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, washed or soiled and will be returned to the purchasing customer.
Returning A Package
If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Non Stop Working LTD is NOT responsible for any return customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days. Non Stop Working LTD will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

For packages that are not picked up at your post office within due time, Non Stop Working clothing reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
